Can you inspire others to help us change the world of work for good? The TUC is looking for a brilliant digital campaigner to manage our online campaigning programme, and to help us develop new channels to engage more effectively with young workers. We’re looking for a bright, talented new colleague who’s able to get their head round our issues quickly and is committed to making work better for everyone. You’ll have experience in explaining complex issues with clear and compelling language. You’ll be an expert in using email and social media to take supporters on a journey to a deeper engagement. And you’ll be able to make working people’s stories come alive in a petition or an email. You’ll be joining a digital team within a wider campaigns and comms department that runs a number of high-profile campaigns every year, secures huge media coverage for our priorities and supports our general secretary Frances O’Grady to put working people at the heart of the political debate. The union movement is changing for a new generation, and this role will put you at the heart of it. TUC staff enjoy great benefits including a final salary pension scheme. The TUC welcomes applications from all parts of the community and from within and outside of the trade union movement. We particularly welcome applications from Black, Asian and minority ethnic candidates, who are underrepresented at this grade in the TUC. We will consider job share applications for this role.
