About this awesome role As an experienced digital marketeer/account handler, you’ll be working with a variety of our not-for-profit clients to help them with their ongoing website strategy and getting the most from the Raising IT platform. You will advise clients based on digital marketing best practice with the aim to empower clients to make the most amount of impact via the platform. The role will also require a good knowledge of Google Analytics as we support clients with goal setting and tracking. What you'll be doing

  • Directly working with clients on group and individual basis on questions and requests related to the platform, including advising clients on how to make best use of the product.
  • Monitoring impact and producing reports related to performance of clients you work with.
  • Establishing productive, professional partnerships with the assigned key people on the client teams we work with.
  • Making sure all client requests are managed in a timely fashion.
  • Building and maintaining relationship with top tier clients.
  • Assisting the Head of Impact with wider digital projects, event organisation and email management.
  • Keeping abreast of new digital developments and digital best practice in order to always offer clients up to date advice.

  • Strong organisational and detailed execution skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different styles and contexts
  • Resilient and focused; able to maintain focus on a shared vision while adapting to change and viewing challenges as opportunities
  • Ability to grow and take on new responsibilities and self-learn with enthusiasm in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong communications skills, and in particular the ability to explain technical ideas to those with less technical knowledge
  • Proven achiever who can get things done autonomously

What it takes to do the job

  • Experience in the charity sector is desirable, but not essential
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Adwords experience desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge and understanding of wider digital marketing environment
  • Ability to demonstrate genuine empathy for our customers
  • Managing and growing relationships with range of clients
