A standard job listing on Elevator is just £100, or you can post roles for FREE if you include a "bounty". The bounty only becomes payable if someone who applies through Elevator gets the role you have advertised, so it's a totally risk free way of recruiting.

There is a minimum bounty of £250 per role for jobs with salaries under £50k and £500 for roles with salaries over £50k. However, we encourage you to think carefully about how much the right recruit is worth to your organisation, since you will only need to pay the bounty if you find a great candidate who takes on the role. The higher you set the bounty the more traffic your advert will receive, the more referrals you will get via the network and the more applications you will receive. Whilst most recruitment companies charge 20% of first years salary we suggest 5% is a good bounty to attract interest.

Members of the Impact Hub network and registered charities receive a 50% discount off standard adverts, just email us and ask for a discount code.

You can pay by credit card through PayPal and your advert will go live immediately and remain published until the closing date for applications. If you post a job with a bounty you can skip the payment stage and Elevator will check and publish your advert for you.

If you would prefer to pay via cheque or BACS just email us and we will invoice you at the end of the month.
