The School for Social Entrepreneurs
The School for Social Entrepreneurs is a global network, founded by Michael Young, which provides 'jargon free' courses for social entrepreneurs and charities.
Operating from 12 locations across the UK, with schools in Ireland, Canada, India and Australia, SSE empowers people from all backgrounds to create positive social change.
Their courses help people start, sustain, and scale social enterprises, charities and community projects by providing practical business skills in things like marketing and finance. They use an innovative learning approach, which focuses on real world issues and practices so, whatever stage you’re at in your project, they can provide expert support to advance your social enterprise. So far they’ve helped over 1,500 social entrepreneurs make the world a better place!
As part of the Elevator competition The School for Social Entrepreneurs are offering free place on one of their London one-day workshops, to kick-start or elevate your career as a social entrepreneur.
