Digital and Communications Assistant

Salary:
£24,650 - £28,396
Hiring Organisation:
Liberty

We are looking for a creative and committed Digital and Communications Assistant who is keen to build experience of working in a fast-paced campaigning communications team. This new role will play a key part in translating Liberty’s message into stand-out digital, video and print materials and making sure digital content is integrated into our wider communications. This would be an ideal position for a creative individual with excellent design skills, an understanding of developments in digital communications and a passion for social justice and campaigning. Liberty is a high-profile campaigning organisation that has been fighting for human rights protection for over eighty years. Liberty works on a diverse array of human rights issues, from torture, protest, cyber security and free speech to discrimination, policy brutality and access to justice. We are a uniquely multi-disciplinary team, working to achieve change through a powerful combination of lobbying, strategic litigation, public campaigning and member activism. Liberty has been standing up for people and holding the powerful to account since 1934, and it is needed now more than ever.
