Digital communications officer
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our digital media team running one of the world’s most popular epilepsy websites. Working in our communications department, the role is key to making sure people have access to vital epilepsy information. You’ll have experience and expertise on what makes great online content (on both websites and social media). You’ll know how to measure and evaluate its success and know how to take that data to deliver continuous improvement. We put people with epilepsy at the heart of our comms, so you’ll be working closely with a wide range of people (internally and externally). You need to be a good communicator and have good customer service skills, whether that’s face-to-face, on the phone or online. Does helping people, UX and knowing what makes a great Reddit post excite you? If so, then this role, working with a great team of dedicated and talented colleagues, could be just what you’re looking for!
