You will work closely with the Director of Movement Building, other NEON staff and our associate trainer pool to develop and manage our training programmes; primarily our national course Movement Builders, which skills up activists, campaigners and organisers with strategic movement analysis and brings them together to explore collective action. This role will sit alongside the Head of Organising and Head of Coaching roles, under the umbrella of the new Movement Building Hub. In addition to this, you will work across NEON to develop new content and embed liberatory training approaches across other trainings run by NEON.  You will also play a key role in developing and enacting the Movement Building Hub’s strategy inside NEON, working collaboratively with our Organising and Coaching teams to design and implement tailored and effective social movement support packages. We’re looking for an experienced trainer and project manager, committed to decolonising training spaces and empowering those fighting for social, environmental and economic justice. As the Head of Training, it is not your job to know all the content we teach, but you will ensure that all of our content is delivered well across all of the Movement Building Hub trainings, and with a training approach that centres marginalised people and their experiences.
