Would you like to join our growing team campaigning for a better vision of global security? We are looking for an experienced campaigner to develop and deliver our public campaigns and projects. You will be working alongside our other Public Campaigns Co-ordinator to expand our capacity to promote our messages, inspire action and network with others to make change. The Campaign Against Arms Trade (CAAT) carries out research and campaigning against the international arms trade by exposing weapons sales, human rights abuses and corruption. We believe that the arms trade is not only devastating to human rights, but also damages economic development both in the UK and aborad. This Public Campaigns Co-ordinator role is for 4 days a week working from our London office. The main responsibilities include:

  • Campaign strategy and communication planning
  • Overseeing the production of campaign materials
  • Developing and promoting online campaign actions
  • Networking with other groups and organisations

The successful candidate must have experience of planning, delivering, monitoring and evaluating campaigns. We are looking for an effective communicator able to use digital tools to create actions, support the aims of the organisation and be committed to working in a non-hierarchical setting.
